February and March breathwork will focus on opening up your heart space. When your heart is open, and you “lead” with a heart-centered approach, you will find that everything is easier; you will feel more love, more clarity, more forgiveness, more compassion, and ultimately more joy.
During breathwork you will lie on your back and breathe in a circular, rhythmic pattern for about thirty minutes. You will then transition to a place of deep relaxation and meditation. You will be supported throughout the process with specific coaching, essential oils, music, and personal attention.
Please bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and refrain from eating a heavy meal before coming to the class.
*Breathwork is completely natural and safe for most people. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures or aneurysms, have any cardiovascular issues, or any medical or physical condition which would impair your ability to lie on your back and breathe deeply for a sustained period.
